Could you tell us about yourself?

I'm a mum, a model, and a fitness enthusiast. Being a mother is an incredibly important role in my life. I find joy and fulfillment in nurturing and caring for my children. It's a responsibility that has taught me patience, compassion, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a model, I embrace the opportunity to express my creativity and explore the world of fashion and beauty. Beyond posing for photographs, I find immense satisfaction in collaborating with talented professionals to bring ideas to life.

What is the most meaningful part of your job?

The most meaningful part of being a mum, which I consider a job, is the incredible joy I experience in spending time with my child and witnessing their growth. As a mother, I am privileged to be present for every milestone, from their first steps and words to their achievements and discoveries.

Tell us more on your recent travels and ideal travel destinations for this winter?

Recently, my little one and I have been fortunate enough to embark on some wonderful travel adventures. However, this winter, our ideal destination is Niseko, known for hosting some of the best powdery snow in Asia, which will provide an ideal setting for both my child and myself to learn skiing.

What are your must-have travel fashion items?

When it comes to travel fashion, while a white t-shirt and jeans may form the foundation of a comfortable and versatile outfit, there are a few other must-have items that I always include in my travel wardrobe to ensure both style and practicality.

What does your look tell about your personality? Describe your style in 3 words.

My look can be described as androgynous, classic, and edgy, and these three words offer a glimpse into my personality and the way I express myself through fashion. It encapsulates the multidimensional nature of my personality. My style serves as a creative outlet, allowing me to visually communicate who I am while leaving room for self-discovery and constant evolution.

What is the most enduring/ long-lasting apparel piece in your wardrobe? Why?

Without a doubt, one of the most enduring and long-lasting apparel pieces in my wardrobe is my collection of leather jackets. These timeless classics have truly stood the test of time and become the epitome of durability and style. The reason behind their longevity lies in the fact that leather, when taken care of properly, ages beautifully.

What are the essential qualities when it comes to a “timeless” fashion piece?

When considering a timeless fashion piece, qualities such as classic design, versatility, high-quality materials, neutral colors or prints, attention to fit, emphasis on timelessness over trends, and longevity are all essential. Together, these qualities allow a fashion piece to remain relevant, elegant, and stylish regardless of the ever-changing fashion landscape.

How do you define whether a piece is comfortable, e.g. material and cutting?

Defining the comfort level of a clothing piece involves considering various factors, such as the material used and the garment's cut and fit. For me, as I prioritize quality over quantity, especially as I age, I find that the best quality materials contribute significantly to a piece's comfort. While personal preferences may differ, for me, looser fitting clothing tends to be the most comfortable and timeless.

What is your view toward sustainable fashion? How do you apply it to your daily life?

My view towards sustainable fashion is one of utmost importance and conscious decision-making. I make a conscious effort to buy less and avoid fast fashion. By reducing my consumption and opting for longer-lasting items, I minimize the negative impact of my wardrobe on the environment. Moreover, I seek out companies and brands that prioritize sustainability as a core value. Supporting brands that prioritize sustainable practices helps promote a shift towards a more environmentally-friendly fashion industry.
