How Store Credit Works

Calculation Period
The reward year runs from April 1 through March 31
How You Earn Credit
- For every online purchase, you’ll earn store credit equal to 2% of the total spending

- 1 store credit = $1 in your checkout currency (e.g., USD, HKD, or NTD)

- Store credit is calculated based on the final discounted amount of each transaction

-Once you reach the spending threshold during the reward year, your membership tier will be upgraded, and the new discount will be applied to your next order
Credit Usage & Expiry
- Credit earned from each purchase can be used on your next order

- All credit must be redeemed by April 30 of the following year
Where Credit Can Be Used
- Store credit can be applied to all items, including those already on sale

- All available credit must be used in full on a single order (no minimum spend required)

Membership Renewal Policy

If the annual spending requirement is not met, your membership will be downgraded by one tier
If there is no spending during the reward year, your status will return to Basic Member
