Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit it before it ships or guarantee cancellations. Please contact our customer support team at info@diccvi.com if you have concerns about your order.

What payment options are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and also provide several additional payment options at checkout including Google Pay, Apple Pay, and O Pay.

Shipping & Delivery

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What shipping method do you use?

di.CC.vi sends domestic orders with SF Express and FedEx for international orders. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

We offer free shipping on all orders over HKD $1,200 (About USD $150) within the domestic of China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx, the shipping cost starts at HKD $240 (About USD $30) and we offer free shipping on orders over HKD $4,000 (USD $500).

How long will it take to receive my order?

CHINA / HONG KONG / TAIWAN orders: in-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 12:00 pm GMT on a business day will ship that same day.
Orders outside the CHINA / HONG KONG / TAIWAN: in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days and may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.

Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the status of the shipment. If you are having an issue with the tracking for your order, please contact our customer support team at info@diccvi.com

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

If the items that you have purchased are not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return them. Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination.

Should I wash my di.CC.vi products?

For each product listed on our website, we have provided specific care instructions. Please visit the specific page of “Cashmere Care” to see the instructions.

My sweater is pilling. What do I do?

Pilling naturally occurs on cashmere and cashmere blended products. For 100% cashmere products, you can easily fix pilling with a cashmere comb.
